Clay-tiled veranda, ancestral fruit trees, and home-cooked family feasts
Our family home was built in 1948 by Upali’s grandfather using local river timber and sun-dried clay tiles. We opened our guest wing so respectful travelers could experience what genuine rural hospitality truly feels like.
Lifelong Demada Oya residents. Kumari leads the village culinary collective; Upali is a heritage guide and carpenter.
Steaming hoppers, coconut sambol, fresh papaya, and freshly ground village coffee included.
